Jonathan Holloway Talks to CBS About Rutgers’ Student Vaccine Mandate

Growing number of colleges and universities mandate students get vaccine before returning to campus. At least a dozen colleges and universities across the country are mandating students get a COVID-19 vaccine before returning to campus. Rutgers University in New Jersey was the first to announce this requirement.
