NJ ACTS leadership is delighted to announce that the CREST Program, a R25 short term research program award has been awarded.

Led by Celine Gelinas, PhD and Lauren Aleksunes, PharmD/PhD, the NJ ACTS CREST program will immerse medical and pharmacy students in research experiences that advance their analytical and technical skills and stimulate their pursuit of advanced research training. Ultimately, CREST offers an approach to build a well-trained and diverse workforce prepared to address challenges in clinical and translational science.

Awarded by NCATS, the CREST Program is dependent upon the NJ ACTS UM1 (hub) award. The CREST Program joins NJ ACTS as its newest education and training initiative.
