On the way of building the evidence base for national, state, and local policies that can advance racial equity in health and well-being in the US, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is now welcoming applications to its Policies for Action: Public Policy Research to Advance Racial Equity and Racial Justice program.

The typical grant will range up to $250,000 over up to twenty-four months. Investigators from a wide range of disciplines, and first-time applicants for an RWJF grant are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to applicants that are either a public entity or a nonprofit organization that is tax-exempt and not a private foundation.
