DESCRIPTION:Rutgers Global Health Institute is collaborating with partner organizations to hold a COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Saturday\, January 22\, 2022\, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Perth Amboy\, New Jersey. \nThe clinic will offer Pfizer\, Moderna\, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines for individuals aged 5 and older. Booster doses are available for adults\, and booster recipients should bring their vaccination card. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. \nIglesia Ciudad de Refugio\, 436 Market Street\, Perth Amboy\, NJ\nAdvance registration is requested\, but walk-ins are welcome. Register online at tinyurl.com/IglesiaVaxClinic or call 732-672-7405. \nThis clinic is administered by Visiting Nurses Association of Central Jersey with the support of the New Jersey Department of Health\, City of Perth Amboy\, Iglesia Ciudad de Refugio\, and Rutgers Global Health Institute. DESCRIPTION:Join Dr. Adrian Sandra Dobs\, director of the Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Network and professor of Medicine and Oncology\, for a 20-minute live Zoom webinar on the topic of “Facilitating Clinical Research Through an Academic – Community Hospital Partnership: The Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Network”. This webinar is a follow-up to the 2021 spring CLIC-hosted Un-Meeting:\nExploring the Inclusion of Community Hospitals in Clinical Research. \nA 10-minute Q&A session will follow the presentation. \nEstablished in 2009\, the Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Network is a partnership between academic and community hospitals in the mid-Atlantic states. Their mission is to engage investigators and patients from health care systems in urban\, suburban\, and rural sites. \nPlease register in advance\, attendance is limited to 1000 registrants.
